- Hazardous materials such as Ferric Chloride and other chemicals.
- Test equipment due to special packaging requirements for insurance.
- Bulk rolls of wire and cable due to special packaging requirements.
- Very large, fragile or bulky items such as antennas or solar panels.

To ship your item insured add the insurance prices specified in the service description to the regular shipping charge. The flat rate tables below only apply to packages with a volume of less than 5,185 cubic inches (volume = length x height x width). Larger packages may be shipped via UPS as long as they are within the maximum limits described in the next paragraph, however, additional charges apply. If your item exceeds this limit we will call or email you with a quote.
UPS Shipping Limits: The maximum weight for packages shipped via UPS is 150 pounds. The maximum length for packages shipped via UPS is 108". The maximum size (length girth) for packages shipped via UPS is 165" (girth = 2x width 2x height). Packages longer, larger or heavier than UPS maximums must be shipped by truck, which is a service we will quote on an individual basis.
UPS Shipping Insurance: Insurance is included for items up to $100 in value. Insurance is available for items up to $50,000 in value for an additional $1.00 per each additional $100 in value. Items valued at over $50,000 cannot be shipped via UPS.
